Yes. We run a special offer for new users, and it is not printed on this page because it depends on when you buy, how many shops you are fitting out and whether you are moving from another system. Contact us before you pay and we will tell you what we can do.

Through in-app billing, inside the app at Settings › Subscription. Pick your plan and the store's own payment sheet opens; the plan starts the moment the payment confirms. There is nothing to buy on this website, no key to type and nothing to email back and forth, and everything you entered during the trial stays exactly where it is.

The store handles the money, which means your card or wallet details go to it and never to us — we are told the purchase succeeded, nothing more. Write to us if a payment went through but the plan did not, and we will put it right against your receipt.

No. There is a free 14-day trial, but no permanently free tier. We would rather charge once and support the product properly than ship a crippled version.

Your NeatPakPOS account. Sign in on the counter PC and the licence is active there. There is no key to keep track of, and moving to a new computer is free: release the old one from your account, install NeatPakPOS on the new one, sign in and carry on. What a plan does set is how much it covers: 1 shop on 1 PC, on the trial and on every paid plan alike, with up to 2 extra shops available on a paid plan — 3 in total, still on the one PC.

Nothing renews itself and nothing is charged automatically, so a plan simply ends on its date. The app then asks for a plan before it will open. Your data is untouched on your PC — every sale, every ledger, every backup — and all of it is there again the moment a plan is active. The app warns you in the last week, and you can buy the next term during that week so the till never stops.

Yes. One plan runs at a time, so you pick the next one in the last week of the current plan or once it has ended, and the new term takes over from there. Nothing is reinstalled and nothing is re-entered. If you want to switch earlier than that, message us and we will sort it out by hand.

Up to 3. A plan comes with 1 shop, and on any paid plan you can add up to 2 more from Settings › Subscription — Rs 250 each for 1 month, Rs 1,000 for 6 months, or Rs 2,000 for 12 months. An extra shop runs to the same end date as the plan it sits on.

3 shops is the hard ceiling, and an extra shop never adds a second computer: the licence stays on 1 PC however many shops it carries. See what an extra shop costs.

No. Every paid plan opens the same software with every module unlocked, the same 1 shop on 1 PC, the same add-on shops available, and no product or sales caps anywhere. A shorter licence simply runs for less time.

Only now and then. Selling, printing, reporting and backing up all run with no connection at all — the app checks a signed licence record held on the PC itself. That record is good for 14 days at a time and the app quietly renews it in the background whenever it can reach us, so a shop whose internet is down carries on without noticing. If 14 days pass with no contact at all, the app asks you to reconnect before it opens again. Nothing is deleted, and everything comes straight back. Creating your account, starting the trial, buying a plan and signing in on a new PC are the parts that do need a connection.

No. The trial belongs to your NeatPakPOS account, not to the machine, so reinstalling the app, reinstalling Windows or moving to another PC does not earn another 14 days. It is one trial per account.
